Each muffin has only 110 kcal!

- 200 gr flour
- 160 gr sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 16 gr baking powder
- 50 gr seed oil
- 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
- 250 ml water
- 2 pears
Preheat the
oven to 180°.
Peel,
quarter and core pears; cut each quarter in tiny pieces and add some lemon
juice.
Put cocoa powder into a bowl and mix it with a sip of water until creamy.
With electric
mixer combine sugar, oil and remaining water. Add sifted flour, baking powder
and a pinch of salt. Mix until fluffy and creamy. Add creamy
cocoa and vinegar.
At last,
add pears, softly.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups, filling
each about three-quarters full.
Bake in
moderately hot oven about 35/40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a
muffin comes out clean.
